Cost of Services



Our law firm is dedicated to giving each case the attention it deserves. Client services and success are our only objectives. For a relative that is currently residing within the United States and legally entered the country, our fee is $2500 to file the petition for lawful permanent residence. The fee for a relative residing abroad is $4200, which includes obtaining an immigrant visa as well as filing a petition for permanent residence. 



We will file your application, collect necessary documentation, and then continue to follow your case after it is filed with the USCIS. In addition, you will receive updates on the status of your case as it is moved through the immigration process. 



Our firm also accepts payment plans. You may pay by check on a plan that is comfortable for you. This may be agreed upon during your free consultation. If you pay by credit card, our site accepts either the full amount or you can choose to make payments at time intervals that are comfortable for you. If your family member is currently living within the United States, you can pay the full fee of $2, 500.00 or 5 payments of $500.00. If your family member is currently living abroad, you can choose to pay the full amount of $4,000.00 or 8 payments of $500.00.
