Following your free consultation with one of our attorneys and your decision to use our firm, the payment process will begin. You have the option of using either credit card which is processed through our website, money order, or check. All checks should be payable to “Joel J. Turney, LLC.” and should be mailed to Joel J. Turney, LLC, 30 Vesey Street, 2nd Floor, New York, New York, 10007. If you wish to pay using a credit card, we can process it through our website. We accept Visa, Master, American Express, or Discover. The charge is $2500 (foreign relatives living within the United States) and $4200 (foreign relatives residing abroad). Please note that by using your credit card, you are entering a secure site and all information is confidential. Once payment is securely processed, we will send you an introduction package. Enclosed in this package will be several items including a form that states that our firm is legally representing you, a questionnaire that you will complete in order that we can obtain certain information, as well as a retainer agreement. The retainer agreement does not have to be returned to our office. Instead, it will be signed by Joel J. Turney and will serve as an agreement between our firm and you as the client that we will be representing your interests in obtaining an immigrant visa and permanent resident status for your foreign relative.
